Hi, I’m Elfreda— a registered nurse, midwife, and mama who knows first-hand how lonely and exhausting sleep struggles can feel.

When my first baby was born, I struggled with her sleep and felt completely overwhelmed. Nights blurred into days, naps felt impossible, and the exhaustion crept into everything. I knew what the textbooks said about sleep, but applying it as a new mom in real life was something else entirely.

There was a moment, rocking my overtired little one in the middle of the night, when I thought: “Something has to change. I can’t be the only parent feeling this way.”

That turning point led me to dig deeper — not only into my nursing, midwifery, and psychology background, but also into gentle, responsive sleep science. I retrained, earned my OCN certification, and built a practice that bridges both worlds: professional expertise and lived experience.

Today, I help parents create gentle routines and the building blocks of sleep that feel calming, supportive, and sustainable. No cry-it-out, no rigid rules. Just a responsive approach that works with your baby’s needs and your reality as a family.

When I’m not supporting families, you’ll find me training or working out, doing the everyday home tasks (laundry, cooking, driving my kids to activities), or simply enjoying time with my family.

    For ages 0 months+. This package gives you a thorough review of your child’s sleep so we can uncover what’s really going on and set you up with a clear way forward.

    Here’s how it works:

    • Sleep Diary Review – Right after booking, you’ll receive a simple diary to track 3–5 days of your child’s sleep. I’ll carefully analyze it to identify patterns and the root causes of your challenges.

    • 1-Hour Consultation – Together, we’ll walk through your little one’s sleep, temperament, and your family’s goals. You’ll receive tailored strategies that are gentle, practical, and realistic.

    • 3 Follow-Up Emails – After our call, you’ll have ongoing support to fine-tune things as you put your plan into practice.

    This package doesn’t include a written sleep plan — so have a pen and paper ready. You’ll finish our session with clarity, confidence, and a plan that feels good for your family.

    For ages 0 months+. This package combines an in-depth look at your child’s sleep with gentle coaching and a week of hands-on support so you can feel confident as you make changes.

    • Sleep Diary Review – A simple 3–5 day sleep diary to help me spot patterns and understand what’s really happening.

    • 1-Hour Consultation – We’ll walk through everything about your little one’s sleep, temperament, and your goals. Together we’ll create a gentle, realistic plan that feels right for your family.

    • 7 Days WhatsApp Support – Daily guidance while you put the plan into practice. You can start this week of support whenever it works best for you — right after our call or later on. Flexibility is built in.

What does it mean to work with a ‘Holistic’ Sleep Consultant?

Holistic simply means I look at the whole picture — not just your child’s sleep in isolation. Before we begin, I’ll ask you to complete a short sleep diary so I can understand your little one’s patterns. Then we’ll have a conversation where I learn about your child’s temperament, your family’s goals, and any non-negotiables that are important to you.

From there, we’ll create a sleep plan together — one that’s fully tailored to your child and your family. No two families are the same, and neither are the plans I design.

What kind of strategies do you use?

I only use evidence-based strategies — approaches that are backed by research and have been shown to work with hundreds of children. Every child is unique, so I adapt these strategies to suit your little one’s temperament and your family’s needs. Nothing is one-size-fits-all — it’s always tailored, gentle, and realistic

What if it doesn’t work with my child?

I’ll always be honest about what you can realistically expect from your child’s sleep. Some little ones sleep through earlier, but many don’t, and that’s perfectly normal.

What we can do is maximize the amount of sleep your family is getting and give you gentle, practical strategies you can keep using as your child grows. My goal is for you to feel supported, confident, and equipped — not left wondering what to do next.

Do you have any qualifications?

Yes — I am Registered Midwife with psychology and completed my OCN course, which is a Master’s level qualification in child sleep. This training is grounded in the biology of infant and child sleep and draws on hundreds of research studies.

I use this knowledge to guide and educate the families I work with, so you’ll not only understand what to do, but also why your child is waking. That way, you’ll feel confident making informed decisions about sleep long after we finish working together.

Do you use controlled crying or Ferber-style methods?

No — I don’t use controlled crying or Ferber-style methods. You don’t need these approaches to help your little one sleep better. Many parents try them out of desperation, thinking it’s the only option — but it isn’t.

There’s never any judgment if you’ve used these methods before.

How long does it take for sleep to improve?

Every child is different, so the timeline can vary. Many families notice improvements within the first week, but lasting change comes with consistency. I’ll guide you step by step so you feel confident keeping things on track as your little one’s sleep develops.
